Our Juniors Get Fitter
Junior fitness training is available for under 10's upwards on Wednesdays every week rain or shine from 6pm till 6:45pm at the Salts. Training will be inside if weather is poor.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink, trainers, and boots.
