Steve (Jurgen) won 'Most improved player 2010-11' and has continued to develop his game further. A great tackler with strong hooking skills, Steve has become first choice hooker, a very difficult task, given the strength and depth the club has at no. 2. He has recently won selection for Sussex and managed to maintain regular selection with his strong performances.
