The Annual General Meeting of Seaford RFC Ltd will be held at the Seaford Rugby Football Club, The Salts Recreation Ground, Seaford on Friday 7 th June 2024 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend. I enclose a copy of the agenda.

The following officers are to be reappointed or elected:

SRFC President
SRFC Director (Chairman)
SRFC Director (Treasurer)
SRFC Company Secretary
SRFC Directors (Maximum 3)
Committee Members (Maximum 6)
First Team Captain
Second Team Captain
Women’s Team Captain

Nominations for any of the above posts with details of the Proposer, Seconder and agreement of the nominee should be given either by e-mail or by letter to the Club Secretary by Friday 31 st May 2024 by emailing secretary@seafordrfc.com.

Please note that nominations from the floor of the meeting on the night of the AGM for any of the above posts or positions will not be accepted.

Any items to be considered under Any Other Business must be sent to the Secretary by Friday 31 st May 2024.
