**Important Club Announcement**

Dear All,

As you are aware, SRFC are keen to promote our Club as a family-friendly environment, enhancing our positive reputation within the local community, and also actively building our ladies, men's, mini and junior sections to their full potential.

In order to support this, we have taken the decision that with immediate effect, dogs will not be permitted in the Clubhouse.

Whilst we appreciate this news may be disappointing to some, there have unfortunately been multiple recent incidents involving Club members dogs. Therefore, we believe that this approach is in the best interests of the Club from a health and safety perspective and for ensuring a completely safe environment for all; especially for our younger members and guests.

Assistance dogs, as defined by the Equality Act 2010, are permitted. However, their presence must be declared to a Club Official on entry.
