Seaford Ladies Recruit for the new league season

Seaford ladies have after a fantastic 2015/16 season joined the RFU women's league for the first time.

We a fantastic team forming so far the ladies are out in Eastbourne today promoting and recruiting ladies to play our fantastic game.

Even if you have never held a rugby ball before, rugby is the most inclusive sport in the country and the ladies game is going from strength to strength, with the WRWC winning ladies team to your local club you will receive the best support and coaching.

If you are interested in giving rugby a go? We train every Wednesday evening from 7pm at The Salts recreation ground, Seaford. All you have to do is turn up and have a go!!
